Ritmo Costeño is a quarterly bilingual magazine covering the unique sights and sounds of the Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua. The magazine is rich in high quality feature articles covering travel, culture, lifestyle, sports and fashion.
The autonomous regions of Nicaragua have rich traditions and a distinct cultural identity that is quite different from that in other parts of the country. Ritmo Costeño was created to provide an outlet for the creativity of the coast and give a voice to the communities and residents that are often ignored by the mainstream media within the country.
Ritmo Costeño appreciates that promoting local culture is equally as important as drafting legislation in creating a meaningful autonomy in the region. Therefore the magazine serves both as an opportunity for local communities to celebrate their diversity and a vehicle to share this culture with visitors from within Nicaragua and abroad.
